We do not currently share your information with third-party service providers for payment processing, email communications, data storage, or website hosting. However, if we engage service providers in the future, they will be contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.4 Business Transfers

9. Little Dates Club Affiliate Partners
Little Dates Club may partner with mission-aligned Catholic organizations (“Partners”) to promote our services or offer complementary programs. No member personal information will be shared with any Partner without the member’s prior express consent. Partners are prohibited from accessing member profile data. Any Partner receiving member information pursuant to consent must execute a data processing agreement requiring use limitation, reasonable security measures, and data deletion upon termination. Information submitted by Partners to Little Dates Club is used solely to maintain the partnership relationship and is not shared with third parties. We do not sell member information to Partners. 10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or related to this Privacy Policy, including any dispute related to a data security incident, shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Montgomery County, Maryland. Either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other. If mediation does not result in resolution within sixty (60) days of the initiation of mediation, either party may pursue any remedies available under applicable law in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, to whose jurisdiction the parties consent.
